Corrections

Spotted an error? Lender terms change often — write us and we will re-verify the page. Send the page URL and, if you have it, the source — a lender’s published terms page or a statute citation moves a correction fastest. Verified corrections go live with a fresh “updated” date on the affected pages.

Lender updates

Lenders change terms, pause lending, or publish new exclusion lists without notice. If you spot a row in our directory that no longer matches a brand’s site, that is a corrections email too.

What we cannot do

We cannot check an application’s status, change a loan’s terms, or intervene in a dispute — we are not the lender. For loan-specific questions, contact your lender directly. For complaints, the default guide lists the state and federal channels that actually work in the Carolinas.
